All orders are carefully processed, picked, and packed within 2–3 business days.

During peak periods such as sales, holidays, or new drops, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time & Cost

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

Standard shipping is $7.99 on all orders within Australia. Get FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75 within Australia. Sorry, we can not offer express shipping at this time.

How Your Order Works

You’ll receive an order confirmation email straight away. If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder.
We prepare your order
Your items are carefully picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days.
Your order is shipped
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Order & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can assist you in investigating with the courier.

While we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered, we will always do our best to help resolve the issue with you.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, your parcel is usually still in transit. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
